HIGH SCHOOL ARTISTS: Join the Congressional Art Competition!

Dear Neighbor,

Do you know a high school student with artistic talent? Please encourage them to participate in the 2023 Congressional Art Competition.

The winning piece will be featured in the hallway leading to the U.S. Capitol Building. The student and a guest will receive complimentary Southwest Airlines tickets to attend a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 20, 2023, in Washington, DC, with other winners from around the country. Additional prizes will be awarded for first and second runner up, as well as top online vote earner.

Students living in the Cities of Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Tonawanda as well as the Towns of Amherst, Cambria, Cheektowaga, Grand Island, Lewiston, Lockport, Niagara, Pendleton, Porter, Tonawanda, West Seneca, Wheatfield & Wilson are welcome to participate.

2023 Congressional Art Compeition Ends on April 18, 2023

This year all submissions should be delivered to our Buffalo office by April 18, 2023.

Students’ submissions will be on display in the Larkin at Exchange Building beginning April 24, 2023, through May 8, 2023. They will also be shared on our social media pages. On May 8, 2023, students and families are invited to a reception at the Larkin at Exchange building where the winning artwork will be announced.
