It’s outrageous, John.
Matthew Kacsmaryk has ruled against reproductive rights. He’s open about his anti-abortion beliefs. He is a longtime activist for the religious right. And he’s a political supporter of the husband of a key player in this case.
Kacsmaryk CANNOT rule fairly on the future of mifepristone.
