Last night, my legal team and I filed our response to Big Tech’s attempt to throw out my RICO lawsuit that I filed against them.

Their primary argument was res judicata, which is saying that the matters I bring up in my case against them have already been adjudicated in my previous lawsuits.

But when new information comes to light, res judicata DOES NOT apply.

And that’s why this case is still alive and I’m still fighting to hold Big Tech accountable for suppression of speech, political censorship, fraud, and numerous violations of US election laws. This is why I need your help more than ever before.

Twitter and Facebook’s actions go beyond silencing me and both of my federal Congressional campaigns. They silenced MILLIONS OF AMERICANS over dissent regarding the false government and media narratives about COVID and the 2020 election.

They favored liberal politicians and suppressed, censored or silenced conservative candidates, directly interfering with our elections.

Even today, they work to minimize the school shooting in Nashville that left six dead, including three children, because the shooter was a transsexual terrorist – a group that falls within Big Tech’s “protected class.”

If we don’t break the Big Tech Mafia’s stranglehold on speech today, they will be controlling every aspect of our lives in the future, just like China’s Social Credit System.

Since filing my RICO case against Facebook, Twitter, Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey, Big Tech’s secrets have been leaking out. And now, Big Tech’s dam is about to burst.
 
  • They colluded with each other and the federal government to suppress the voices of prominent conservatives, political candidates, and elected politicians.
     
  • Twitter was caught red-handed violating its internal policy over the Hunter Biden laptop story, and Zuckerberg even admitted he was wrong to ban any mention of the story on Facebook but was pressured by the FBI to do so.
     
  • Facebook and Twitter were busted during a recent Congressional Oversight Hearing where it was disclosed they coordinated with DHS, and even state election officials on a private cloud server called JIRA to silence conservatives and interfere in US elections.
     
  • Even Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk, admitted in a Tweet that he inherited a “crime scene” when he purchased the social media platform.

    The Big Tech Mafia is now exposed like John Gotti’s mugshot was on the front page of the New York Times.

    And just like Gotti, who was head of the Gambino Crime family, it will take RICO convictions to take the Big Tech Mafia down!
