John,

As one of the ONLY organizations conducting year-round, consistent voter registration and civic education in the Commonwealth, we’re counting on year-round funding to keep up our vital work.

With the end of the first quarter of 2023 rapidly approaching, we have to be frank.

We’re facing a critical budget shortfall that could cripple our efforts to continue expanding the electorate. That’s the last thing we need in a crucial election year that affects Pennsylvanians in the most direct way - on the local, municipal, and judicial levels.

John, we are in serious trouble if we can’t claw our way out of this shortfall. We need to raise at least $6,000 in grassroots donations by the end of the quarter. Will you pitch in $10 right now to help us meet this critical end-of-quarter goal and keep up our work to expand the electorate and transform Pennsylvania?

In solidarity,

The New Pennsylvania Project was founded in May 2021 to expand Pennsylvania’s electorate, so it reflects the Commonwealth’s demographically changing population. In the next four years, NPP will engage and empower young residents and those living in underrepresented immigrant communities and communities of color. We register communities to vote, provide civic education about the issues that matter in their neighborhoods, and mobilize Pennsylvanians to vote in every election.
