The VAYD Room Block at the Delta Hotel will close tomorrow March 30. Rooms
are currently are at a reduce rate of $169/night. Make sure to book your
rooms so you can be as close as possible to all our our convention
programming. 

If you are unsure if your rooms are booked, please check with your chapter
President or chapter lead.

BOOK YOUR ROOMS

ALL CHAPTERS MUST RE-CHARTER WITH VAYD BY MIDNIGHT ON MARCH 31ST! [2]

This is of course incredibly important as it will grant you the ability to
vote and participate in our upcoming convention in Richmond, as well as
being recognized as an official organization. If you all can submit this as
soon as possible, it will make the chartering process much easier.

Here’s what you will need:
✅ Your Chapter Constitution
✅ Your Officer Roster
✅ Your Membership Roster
✅ Your Outreach Plan

CHARTER YOUR CHAPTERS

THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR VAYD CONVENTION IS APRIL 7TH! [4]

In order to officially participate in VAYD convention, every member must
pay their fee and fill out to the form to register with VAYD at
vayd.org/convention. If you or your chapter lead have not done so, you will
not be able to vote in officer elections or participate in an official VAYD
capacity. 

If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent or guardian to
electronically co-sign your form. 

You and your chapter lead can find all of the necessary forms at
vayd.org/convention.
