Hello John,
We’re so excited to share that Congress just introduced GLSEN’s Rise Up Resolution!
The Rise Up Resolution is a call to demand equal educational opportunity, basic civil rights protections, and freedom from erasure for all students, including LGBTQ+ young people in K–12 schools.
This is a meaningful step forward in liberating LGBTQ+ students from the violence of racism, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, ableism, and all forms of systemic oppression.
