It's true, dogs are man's best friend. And in the Armed Forces, military working dogs go from best friends to trusted partners that our troops can rely on in the most dangerous situations.

Every day, these canines and their handlers put themselves in harm's way to serve our country — often serving in some of the toughest, most dangerous environments. They always have our backs, and right now, we need to have theirs.

That's why we're asking 50,000 patriotic Americans via email and text message to show their gratitude for our military K-9 teams by signing the USO's thank-you card before our March 31 goal deadline.
