It's Liz, Derek's Finance Director. It's been a while since I've emailed you, but I have an important update to share:

The first FEC end-of-quarter deadline of the new year is coming up on FRIDAY and it's crucial when we file our fundraising report we come out swinging.

While we still have some work to do before we meet this crucial goal, if the folks on this team continue to step up, we'll be in good shape before it's time to file. But until then, we must do all we can to meet this deadline.

Look: Just this month, we've seen how much is on the line in 2024. Extreme lawmakers in Congress are going after everything from our environment and reproductive freedom to our bank accounts. Derek is pushing for legislation that puts American families first, but it's clear that 2024 will be one of the most critical elections in American history. That's why we're asking:

Will you chip in $5, or whatever you can, to help set up our campaign for success before the end-of-quarter deadline. Every dollar we raise will go toward electing for-the-people Democrats up and down the ballot in 2024. >> [link removed]
