In a moment, I’m going to explain why it’s so important for us to meet our goal before the FEC deadline, but with just three days left, I have to ask: will you chip in $3 (or more!) today?

After the FEC deadline, we have to publicly report our final fundraising numbers. Democrats and Republicans will all be looking at these numbers to decide how important our race is. If we raise enough, others are more likely to invest in our race and we could potentially deter Republicans from challenging us in 2024.

But if we raise too little, they will see it as a sign of weakness and increase their aggressive attacks on us. In fact, we know that the National Republican Congressional Committee, or the NRCC, is having conversations with donors about how much we spent to defend this seat in 2022 – and they know that our resource pool is currently smaller than what we need.

Though the election may seem far away, there’s so much we have to do before then to ensure we’re able to successfully defend my seat. That’s why meeting every fundraising goal and deadline – especially this FEC deadline – is extremely important for my campaign.

So, can I count on you to chip in $3 (or more!) today? We’re just 3 days away from the deadline, but we’ve got a long way to go to reach our goal.
